Oritse: I'm not boy band pretty

JLS' Oritse Williams said he "did not feel pretty enough" to be in a boy band.
Since finishing as runners-up on the X Factor, his group went on to win two Mobo Awards and clock up a No 1 single, but Oritse claims he always believed his future lay in RnB.
He said: "Honestly I don't feel like I was pretty enough - when you think boy bands you think pretty boys, you know, the sweet voices and stuff and because I had quite a soulful voice I always thought my route was going to be RnB."
Oritse confessed he could have joined a boyband before JLS, but didn't feel the time was right.
"I was actually scouted for a boyband that was in development with the same label that we're with now and I left that band within two or three days. I never thought I was right for a boyband."
However, eventually he decided that it was "time for boy bands to come back around" and set about forming a group.
"I just wanted to find like-minded people and with Aston, Marvin and JB it was the best thing that I've ever done. And I've felt like I've known these guys since I was 10 years old.
"We're brothers and we're best of friends. We just have a blast and when you get on stage with your best mates it's the best thing."
JLS' new single Everybody In Love was released this week and their self-titled first album is out on November 9.
