In 2007, 16 candidates were brave enough (or stupid enough) to face up to Sir Alan Sugar on series 3 of The Apprentice. After 12 gruelling weeks of battling it out, Simon Ambrose was named as Sir Alan Sugar's third Apprentice. He beat Kristina Grimes to walk away with the prize of a six-figure salaried job.
