Jade's Family

Jade Goody was born June 5, 1981 in Bermondsey, South London. Her parents separated when she was a toddler. Her father, Andrew Goody, died of a heroin overdose in 2005 and her mother Jackiey Budden, who lost the use of an arm and an eye in a motorcycle accident, has also had problems with drugs in the past.

Jade worked as a dental nurse before appearing as a contestant in the third series of Big Brother. The rest is history. Life changed for Jade almost overnight; she met reality star-turned-TV-presenter Jeff Brazier through mutual friends and admitted it was lust at first sight: "I fancied him so much I just wanted to get his pants off there and then," she said. Their relationship produced two sons: Bobby Jack was born on June 6, 2003 and by the time Freddie was born in September 2004, the couple had split up.

Jade and Jack Tweed met a couple of years ago. She said of him: "We're in love and we keep going back to each other. I met him when he was 18. He's grown up a lot. He's my soul mate."
