Singer/songwriter Nathan and racing driver Jeremy took the news of being the first evictees from the Celebrity Hijack final with good grace.

Nathan, 21 - who came sixth - told the show's host Dermot O'Leary in the exit interview: "The placing's not a problem. I'm here until the final day... it's been wicked."

He added: "I want anyone here to win. I'm going to be happy whoever wins."

He also spoke about his relationship with dancer Latoya, saying: "I felt deeply for Latoya and I didn't really expect to feel like that for someone in the house. I just expected to sail through."

He added it was awkward being in the house together - and didn't rule out a relationship out of the house. "This is just not the place for it," he said. "If it was outside you never know."

Fellow evictee Jeremy was also quizzed on his relationship with Emilia, and was equally coy, saying: "We'll wait and see I suppose."

He echoed Nathan's praise for his fellow housemates.

He said: "Everyone deserves to win. Everyone's been the best they can be."

And it seems he was surprised to get to the final, telling Dermot: "For me it's an achievement to get this far... you either love me or you hate me."

"My mum said 'if you don't go by the first week I'll be surprised!'"

Both left the house to cheers and applause after their eventuful time in the house.

Nathan will be remembered for his flirting with Latoya, which led to a serious chat in the bedroom about where their relationship was going. Nathan admitted he didn't mean to come into the house and have feelings for anyone. She said they shouldn't be having the conversation and they ended it with a kiss.

His highlights also included his song being played into the house by hijacker Chris Moyles. He asked Chris if he would be big in 2008 and Chris joked "no".

Nathan also admitted he fancied Amy but she has a boyfriend - Chris still gave him his blessing if he wanted to go for it.

When the McQueen sisters from Hollyoaks hijacked the house, they had a "date" with Nathan. They asked him to sing something to woo them. He sang Let's Get It On by Marvin Gaye and the girls were impressed.

Hampshire racing driver Jeremy entered the house in a black suit with Matt Lucas telling John to tell him he looked like Harry Potter. John then told a bewildered Jeremy he had been snogged by Emilia.

Given a hard time by Russell Brand from the moment he took over as celebrity hijacker, he told Jeremy to put his socks on his hands and then banished him to the bathroom and joked about what he was doing in there to all the other housemates.

He was constantly flirting with Emilia as their relationship developed over the days. She admitted he was her favourite housemate besides her brother.

Then there was Porngate. After Emilia confessed to knowing the names of many porn stars, Victor told him: "You are only my friend to get to my sister... don't talk to me anymore." Jeremy told him that he was being ridiculous as Emilia left the room and went to the bathroom to have a cry.

Jeremy's funniest quote was: "I never ever tell girls I'm a racing driver. I just talk to them like I'm a normal person."
