Police Contact Katie Price Over Rape Claims
![]() |
Detectives have contacted Katie Price regarding her rape claim. According to The Sun, Katie Price has named the celebrity alleged to have raped her while filming for her ITV2 reality show.
Officers from Surrey Police contacted the 31-year-old glamour girl - aka Jordan - but have yet to receive an official complaint. It is understood they have arranged to undertake a full interview with the star about the allegations in the near future.
Lawyers acting for Katie Price have banned the identity of the alleged attacker from being broadcast on What Katie Did Next. In the fly-on-the-wall series documenting her life, cameras follow the star at home, work and play.
The Sun reports that staff are under orders not to talk about the disclosure, even to family members. An insider told the paper: "There is a three-line whip here. A handful of people know who it is but they are absolutely not allowed to even tell their loved ones."
Previously, Katie Price insisted she would not reveal the person's identity. Speaking to TV show The Wright Stuff on Five, she said she would "never, absolutely never" reveal the name of her attacker.
Recently divorced from singer Peter Andre, she added: "I'm absolutely livid. I mentioned it in my column and then I done a shoot with the kids last week and they just tried to press on and on about it and I said I'm not going to say who it is. And they just dig and dig and dig. It happened absolutely years ago. She also said: "If something happens you should go to the police. Maybe I should have done." It's the latest revelation in the very public life of Katie Price.
