Everyone loves lists and Cheryl is no exception, so one of the first things we asked her to do was give us the lowdown on her favourite stuff.

What's your exercise regime? - "I don't really have a regime – I would love to do something three times a week but I don't have the schedule for it. I do a lot of dancing with Girls Aloud and seem to be running around in heels a lot!"

Favourite high street shop? - River Island

Favourite beauty product? - L'oreal Elvive Full Restore 5

Ideal quiet night in? - "I'd sit in with a mug of tea in the worst PJs I could find and a big jumper watching Corrie"

Are you launching a fashion collection? – "No, I wish I was launching one! My schedule just doesn't allow for it, and I'd want to be really hands on and get involved. Maybe one day, when I have more time!"

Describe your ideal weekend - "My ideal weekend would be spent at home with the dogs and my nephews and nieces. They're lovely but I'd only have them for the weekend!"

Do you stick to a diet? - "I don't have the schedule required to follow a diet. My mum swears by the 'eat right for your type' diet, so I do that if I go to visit her."
