Singer Lady Gaga wins style award

Lady Gaga wore a typically show-stopping outfit to collect a style award in New York.

The Poker Face singer was the surprise winner of the Stylemaker gong from designer Marc Jacobs at the Accessories Council's annual ACE Awards.

She turned up dressed in pink silk underwear over a grey silk shirt with grey platforms, and a black veil over her face with back-combed blonde frizzy hair protruding, looking slightly like the Bride Of Frankenstein, despite the fact Halloween is over.

Agyness Deyn also attended the awards, where she was presented with the Brand Of The Year gong for Burberry.

The British model wore a baggy black suit, heavy studded bracelets and feathered fake eyelashes to accompany her new black bob.
