Chris Brown has said he is "confused" as to how the public view him.
The 20-year-old US singer acknowledged that some people would prefer he be behind bars following his attack on then-girlfriend Rihanna.
He told MTV that there are some people that "don't want to see me do anything... they wanna see me kind of, basically in jail".
But he added in the interview that he believes that his fans still "love me and support me".
Chris was sentenced to five years probation and community labour after admitting assaulting the Umbrella singer earlier this year.
Since then he has been attempting to rebuild his once squeaky-clean reputation.
Chris Brown: The Interview will premiere on Friday November 6.

MOVIES

So, it’s about an old man flying away on an adventure by attaching a huge bunch of helium balloons to his house. Up is the best Pixar film since Toy Story.
